PDFTuck Privacy Policy
Document processing
PDFTuck compresses PDF documents locally on the user's Android device. It may create temporary input copies, rendered page images, compression candidates, and preview files in app-controlled local storage. Temporary work files are removed after processing or cancellation, and stale app-owned files may be removed during later safe cleanup. Files explicitly saved by the user remain in the location the user selected.
PDFTuck does not send PDF bytes, rendered pages, filenames, paths or content URIs, page counts, target sizes, original or compressed sizes, compression ratios, profiles, results, warnings, or timing information to its advertising or consent components.
Selecting, saving, opening, and sharing files
PDFTuck uses Android system document interfaces to select and save PDFs without broad storage access. The original PDF is opened read-only and is never modified by compression. If the user chooses to open or share a result, Android may grant the selected receiving app temporary access to that result. The receiving app's privacy practices apply after the user's choice.
Advertising and consent
PDFTuck uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage consent where required and Google Mobile Ads to display advertising. These Google SDKs may communicate with Google independently of PDF processing.
Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Google states that this traffic is encrypted in transit. Actual handling may vary by region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's Limited Ads behavior.
Local preferences
PDFTuck stores limited settings on the device, including theme choice, a completed-operation count and last-ad time for conservative interstitial frequency, and consent state managed by UMP. PDFTuck does not provide user accounts, cloud document history, or an operator-hosted analytics profile.
Permissions and security
Internet and network-state access are used for consent and advertising. Google advertising dependencies may add advertising ID, Privacy Sandbox advertising-services, wake-lock, and foreground-service permissions. PDFTuck does not request broad storage access or MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. Cleartext network traffic and Android app backup are disabled.
Children
PDFTuck is a general document utility intended for adults and is not designed for children.
Retention and deletion
Karahoca Labs does not receive or retain users' PDF documents. Users can clear PDFTuck's local app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. These actions remove private app data but do not remove PDFs previously saved to user-selected locations. Data controlled by Google is subject to Google's retention and deletion controls.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the app, its SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published. Questions may be sent to karahocametehan@gmail.com.

Dosya seçme, kaydetme, açma ve paylaşma
PDFTuck, geniş depolama erişimi istemeden PDF seçmek ve kaydetmek için Android'in sistem belge arayüzlerini kullanır. Özgün PDF yalnızca okunur ve sıkıştırma sırasında değiştirilmez. Kullanıcı sonucu açmayı veya paylaşmayı seçerse Android, seçilen uygulamaya geçici erişim verebilir; sonrasında alıcı uygulamanın gizlilik uygulamaları geçerlidir.
Reklam ve izin yönetimi
PDFTuck, gerekli bölgelerde izin istemek ve yönetmek için Google User Messaging Platform'u (UMP), reklam göstermek için Google Mobile Ads'i kullanır. Bu Google SDK'ları PDF işleme sürecinden bağımsız olarak Google ile iletişim kurabilir.
Google, Mobile Ads SDK'sının reklamlama, analiz ve sahtekârlığı önleme amaçlarıyla IP'den türetilen yaklaşık konumu, uygulama etkileşimlerini, tanılama bilgisini ve cihaz veya hesap tanımlayıcılarını otomatik olarak toplayıp paylaşabileceğini belirtir. Google bu trafiğin aktarım sırasında şifrelendiğini belirtir. Gerçek işleme; bölgeye, izin seçimine, cihaz ayarlarına ve Google'ın Sınırlı Reklam davranışına göre değişebilir.
Yerel tercihler, güvenlik ve saklama
PDFTuck cihazda tema tercihini, ölçülü geçiş reklamı sıklığı için tamamlanan işlem sayısını ve son reklam zamanını ve UMP tarafından yönetilen izin durumunu saklar. Kullanıcı hesabı, bulut belge geçmişi veya işletmeci tarafından barındırılan analiz profili yoktur. Geniş depolama erişimi istenmez; açık metin ağ trafiği ve Android uygulama yedeklemesi kapalıdır.
Karahoca Labs kullanıcıların PDF belgelerini almaz veya saklamaz. Kullanıcılar Android ayarlarından PDFTuck verilerini temizleyebilir veya uygulamayı kaldırabilir. Bu işlemler uygulamaya özel verileri siler, ancak kullanıcının daha önce seçtiği konumlara kaydettiği PDF'leri silmez. Google'ın denetimindeki veriler Google'ın saklama ve silme kontrollerine tabidir.
Çocuklar, değişiklikler ve iletişim
